Sample requests. Pre-production samples are free of charge for standard sizes; you cover the courier. Tooled or printed samples are quoted at cost and credited against the first production order.
Questions we get asked first
What is your minimum order quantity?
For standard sizes we can start from a few hundred units so you can qualify us properly. Custom tooled or printed items carry a practical minimum tied to the tooling and the print run — we will state it with the quotation rather than spring it on you.
Can you supply under our own brand?
Yes. Your artwork, your part numbers, no Fortuna marking on the product or the packaging unless you want it. We will agree territory exclusivity where a volume commitment supports it.
Do you hold ISO 13485 yourselves?
No — we are a supplier and exporter, not a converter. Our partner manufacturing sites hold ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, and we provide their certificates with the site name visible. We will not imply we own a factory we do not own.
How do we pay?
New accounts: 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy, or an irrevocable L/C at sight through a first-class bank. After three completed shipments we can discuss open account terms.
What are your lead times?
Standard sizes typically 25–30 days after approval. Add 20–35 days if new tooling is required. Transit on top: roughly 30–40 days by sea to Northern Europe, 5–8 days by air.
Can you arrange third-party inspection?
Yes — SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV pre-shipment inspection can be arranged before loading, at your cost. We will make the goods available and hold the shipment until the report is issued.
